I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in an amazing location. It was close to many attractions and offered beautiful views from the balcony. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the balcony with a nice view. The service from the staff was excellent, and they paid great attention to detail. The basic amenities provided were sufficient, and the breakfast included had a wide variety of options, including great healthy choices.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel had a charming, traditional look to it and was situated in a beautiful, picturesque town with great access to ski lifts. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was good. Plus, the rooms were soundproofed, which was a major plus.
The rooms were a bit outdated and had a musty smell. the balcony lacked any barriers between rooms, which diminished privacy.

Great location, close to ski lifts, ski school, and rental shop. Ski/ski boots storage area is clean and heated. Reception/lounge area is homely with a fireplace. The sauna is small but very useful to have after skiing. The staff is polite and welcoming, providing a personalized touch when remembering guests' names and preferred drinks.
Slow Wi-Fi. Dinner time is fixed, cutting short many after-ski activities. No swimming pool at the hotel, and the free voucher to use nearby leisure centers can be inconvenient. The reception area lacks secured access for guest-room keys, and smoking is allowed in communal areas which can be bothersome for non-smokers.
